We have an error that appears when importing questions from within a Lesson on 2.2.17. It shows a Server Error on one server, and a blank white screen on another, and with debugging on, it shows the following message:

Fatal error: Access level to qformat_learnwise::readquestion() must be public (as in class qformat_default) in/mnt/data/environment_cache/10060/http/question/format/learnwise/format.php on line 189

I don't see this issue on Totara 2.4, but I found the same issue on the Moodle issue tracker that appears to have been fixed in 2.3 and 2.4, but not 2.2.: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-37634
