We've gone over the new face to face functionality features.

We've also watched to f2f new features recording.

There are some things we would appreciate clarification on:

We understand there are 2 types of notifications - Auto (based on some of the activity trigger such as sign up, cancelation, etc.), and scheduled (able to be set up by trainer, optionally using the notification templates).

  1. For the auto notifications - is their auto content drawn from Lang files, regardless of the notification templates?
  2. In Scheduled notifications - what does the "Send now" scheduling option represent - send as soon as the defined trigger occurs? What is that trigger - as soon as a person is booked? As soon as they're wait-listed, cancelled, etc.? If it is based on the trigger - Send Immediately would be more appropriate I think. If it isn't - does it send out the notification as it is saved?
  3. In auto notifications - when are the "Course session trainer cancellation", "Course session trainer unassigned", "Course trainer confirmation" triggered? When you add a trainer to the session roles?
  4. Is there a way to define which auto notifications are active or inactive when a new f2f activity as set up?
  5. When adding users to a session manually, it is possible to supress email notification to them with the checkbox. However, when changing the session dates, the updates are sent. Would making "course booking date/time changed" auto notification inactive turn this off?
