We've gone over the new face to face functionality features.
We've also watched to f2f new features recording.
There are some things we would appreciate clarification on:
We understand there are 2 types of notifications - Auto (based on some of the activity trigger such as sign up, cancelation, etc.), and scheduled (able to be set up by trainer, optionally using the notification templates).
- For the auto notifications - is their auto content drawn from Lang files, regardless of the notification templates?
- In Scheduled notifications - what does the "Send now" scheduling option represent - send as soon as the defined trigger occurs? What is that trigger - as soon as a person is booked? As soon as they're wait-listed, cancelled, etc.? If it is based on the trigger - Send Immediately would be more appropriate I think. If it isn't - does it send out the notification as it is saved?
- In auto notifications - when are the "Course session trainer cancellation", "Course session trainer unassigned", "Course trainer confirmation" triggered? When you add a trainer to the session roles?
- Is there a way to define which auto notifications are active or inactive when a new f2f activity as set up?
- When adding users to a session manually, it is possible to supress email notification to them with the checkbox. However, when changing the session dates, the updates are sent. Would making "course booking date/time changed" auto notification inactive turn this off?
