Hi Amir,

As I can see, it is an intended behaviour, but looks easy enough to fix. I've filed and enhancement patch and already got a fix for it. Can provide you with the diff if you want, once it is crleared the review.

A patch for this issue was included in today's (25th June 2013) release of Totara 2.4.4.

I've also attached a patch file as requested.
