SCORM issue after upgrading to 2.4

We are having problem with SCORM package after totara was upgraded to 2.4

The package used to work fine before upgrade, but now it starts with Loading XYXpackageName Please Wait... Then stay in a blue screen. I do not have the Lectora software in which the SCORM package was created.

If I unzip the zip file and double click on index.html file (using IE browser), I will get the following errors twice, then the package will run fine in browser:
Unable to find an API adapter
Unable to locate the LMS's API implementation. LMSInitialize was not successful

Would someone please tell me what additional add-in do I need to install or options needed to be tweaked in order to make the package to work?

The package tested to be still working fine with moodle 2.4 and Totara 2.2. But does not load in Totara 2.4 why?

I noticed that the GUI changed when you add SCORM package to a course in Totara 2.4. I uploaded the SCORM package by slecting from a file, and also pick and drop the package, but still does not work. Could I have a player issue in Totara 2.4 (...mod/scorm/player.php# )?

Please help.

Which v IE are you using? Can you forward a copy of the SCORM package to me?
