Can you assign an audience to a Face to Face Course Session?
The reason I ask is that aI would like to create a page for some H&S modules that need to be completed.
I would like to assign colleagues (50,000 colleagues who will attend a session their manager will run and the details to be c aptured in our LMS so we can run Completion Reports) and for us to then take their attendance
I am not sure how or even if we can do this.

Hi Michelle,
You may try the following (in Totara 2.4):
1. Create a report in report builder with audience members, tha includes user ID
2. Search the specific audience, and download as Excel
3. Upload the user ID to the f2f participants - this is feature that has been introduced in 2.4
You'd have to manually mark attendence after that.
