When uploading data, including emails, there are occasions where I do not want what is there it to be overwritten. I’ve tested a blank email but then it erases it. Is there anyway of not overwriting?

The only way to do this is not to upload the field or have the original value in the upload, otherwise it will be overwritten.

I've decided to download those emails in the system and then when upoloading use an If/VLOOKUP formula to not overwrite the ones I need to keep i.e. active learners, just needed to think it through.
