Hi,

A couple of months ago I added a message for all users which displays at the bottom of the screen when a user logs on and they can click to 'Ignore'.  However I would now like to remove this message from the system altogether but can't find where to do it.  Does anyone know where this is? Help!

Hi Steph,

The message will keep appearing until it is read - the learner needs to click on "Go to messages", click on the message then the next time they login it will be gone.
