Hi,

Hoping for abit of help.

Not sure if this is the correct behaviour or not but when a certification becomes 'overdue' it disappears from 'Required Learning' and when you click on it in 'Record of Learning', 'Certifications' it tells you that it is not currently 'Required Learning' and then doesn't let you get any further.

If a certification becomes 'Overdue' it will still need doing so how does the learner do this?

Hi Steph,

When you experienced this did you have the cron setup or manually run the cron? I was trying to recreate the bug and after the certification expired and the cron has run it notifies the learner that the certification has expired and requires them to complete the original certification path.

Cheers,
Alastair

Hi Alastair,

The CRON is set to run automatically.

Thanks - Steph

Hi Steph,

Are you still having issues with this? If so can you give me details of the certification you have setup (Window open time, time before expiry that the window opens etc).

Thanks,
Alastair

Hi Alastair,

No, we upgraded to 2.5.5 on Monday and it appears to be resolved.

Thanks.
