Error adding new evidence types

Hi,
We are getting an error message when trying to add new evidence types in 2.4.12. We can edit existing evidence types but when we go to add a new one it comes up "error writing to database". We've rebooted our laptops and relogged in but still no luck. Any idea how to solve?

Hi Fiona,

We'll have a look if we can reproduce it.

Meantime a bit more details on this error would be great. Do you think you can turn on debugging on your Totara site, then try adding a new evidence type, and copy the exact error message?

Debugging is under "Home > Site administration > Development > Debugging". You will need to set debug messages to DEVELOPER level.

Please let us know how it goes.
