Hey, Totara team!

I have changed the totara_assignment eventname in the mdl_events_handlers table to use cron instead of instant schedule due to an issue I've raised via the support forum regarding timeout when assigning a Dynamic Audience (containing around 300 users) on a Certification.

The assignment worked and alerts are being sent when assigning people via cron, however emails e.g. course enrolment message are not being sent via cron. Cron is working and I have setup our SMTP settings in Totara correctly, so I cannot fathom why it's not working.
