Hi all,

Looking for some advice as to whether or not it is possible for our external facilitators to send out individual invoices in the form of document attachments to users via the face-to-face "message users" feature? From what I can see we only have an HTML field for entry here. Our external facilitators are given editing facilitator access to the courses they are responsible for however, they have limited access to user’s profiles and information.

All invoices are paid by users directly and issued from an external provider with limited access to our staff lists/internal directory etc therefore it would be most efficient to send via the system.

Open to any suggestions as to the best way we could go about this whether we add a resource or forum to send via?
