Our client has set up 3 Learning Programs - 1 is assigned to users based on their position and is available as soon as the user (employee) is added to the Totara site. The other two Learning Programs are to made available to the employee after they have been with the company for 3 months and 6 months (employees are added to the Totara site as soon as they are employed with the company). Is there a way that these 2 Learning Programs can be automatically made available based on dates from when they were entered int the Totara?
