Currently, I can create a dynamic audience based on course or program completion, but not certification. Would it be possible to include the same options as course and program so that audiences can be created based on when a certification was completed / recertified?

Hi Dan,
Certifications are just a special case of Programs and share a lot of the same tables and code, so the existing Program rules in Audiences should probably work fine for Certifications.
That's great, and I rather assumed that would be the case, but obviously certifications don't show up when setting rules based on programs are being created. I know technically it's a "feature", but is this something minor enough to appear in the 2.6.x development cycle?

Possibly - it's on the list so we'll be triaging feature requests every couple of weeks after 2.6 comes out to see what we start on for 2.7 and what is minor enough to go into 2.6.
