Hi,

Hope you can help.  I have created a number of custom roles on v2.5.13 which are all working as expected except that if someone who has one of these roles completes a SCROM package on Totara there completion shows in the SCORM activity report but does not come through as a course completion.

This only affects staff who have been assigned to a custom role (ie one I've created), those assigned to roles inherent within Totara work fine (I've tested this with Trainer & Staff Manager) completion settings on the course are correct.

Hi, Steph

That certainly sounds strange. It would be worth speaking to your Totara Solution Partner about that one and getting a support request raised. If you could also include as much information about how the roles are setup (and any screenshots) in relation to the issue, that would be great.
