Hi Maurice,

That link should only appear if certain repositories are enabled and configured to allow users to add instances of the repository in the user context. Check if any of the following repository plugins are enabled (none of these are on by default)

Alfresco

Equella

File System

Flickr Public

WebDAV

If you are not actually using these, turn them off and the link will disappear.
