Hello Everyone

someday i wont have to post so much for help, but Alas, today is NOT that day  ;)

Hopefully this ask, wont be very complicated, but i need to give the ability to see the VISIBILITY feature under Course Administration-Edit Settings-Audience-Based Visibility  [Visibility] to all of our Editing Trainers BUT i cant find that particular ability under the many pages of options in DEFINE ROLES-MANAGE ROLES.   

Currently, only the Site Admin can see this feature, which is weird in my opinion.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
