Hello Everyone

Im trying to set up some Seminars that are targeted to a specific Audience only letting them know to come and register for a seminar.

I was looking for a feature where if I enroll a specific audience [*kind of like Audience Sync in the enrollment methods]-THAT would kick out the email.  Not the touching of the course in Auto enroll.  We need the email to go out to specific audiences letting them know to come and register for one of those Seminars.    I was hoping there was a message tied to Audience enrollment.

Does such a thing exist?   How do you invite specific Audiences not individuals to register for a seminar??

Hi Christina

It is possible to send a message to Audiences through Site admin > Users > Accounts > Bulk user actions.

  1. Choose the Filter Audience ID is equal to "AUD0001" or the Audience ID you want to send to
  2. Add the users to the Selection
  3. Select Send a message under 'With selected users'
  4. Type in the message to be sent to these users

I can't think of a more automated method.
