We have come across a scenario we unsure how to accommodate in the LMS and are looking for suggestions.
Certain courses are assigned to employees based on their position ie. Food Handling is assigned to employees in our Food Services Assistant position. They are required to complete the course within one month of their start date. This works as we assigned the due date based on a 'profile field date'
We recently however employed an internal employee to the position of Food Services Assistance. Once they met the criteria for the audience they were enrolled in the course however they were several years overdue - due to the fact their start date was several years ago.
Do you have any suggestions as to how we can ensure new starters complete the course within one month of their start date and others within one month of their commencement date in their new position?
