We have a number of seminars set up and we require managers approval to access the seminar. I know that managers get an email notifying them about when the application is first made. In some cases we have had managers not approved their staff onto a course and the staff are still on the waiting list. Is there a way to send a reminder to just the managers to let them know that approvals are waiting for them.

Hi Peter

I can't see a way of selecting the non approved seminars for messaging.

It is possible to create a report based on the Seminar signups source and include the user's manager email and Status field. Seminars that haven't been approved have the status of Requested.

You can then export the file and copy the emails to send a message to these people.
