Select missing word and multilang span?

Hello,

My customer wants to use the "Select missing word" type question (doc here) and we are facing an issue when using the multilang span (doc here). Can you maybe help us? I think there is an interference with the <span> tags and the "[[n]]" code tags. We could of course make one quiz per languages, but the goal is to have it on the 10 languages of our platform and it'll be easier for reporting to have it all in only one quiz...

The problem:

The languages (EN & FR) are both there

The second menu should be "C2 EN, B2 & A2"

Here are the text & html :

Here are the Answers settings:

Are we missing something? Or is this a bug?

Best regards,

Craig Eves

Hi Joyce

I can confirm that the missing word notation and multilang notation cause problems with the answer choices.

I think that there may be a delimiter required around options [[1]] but not able to figure out what this could be or if it is a bug. It should at least be documented if there is a way around this.

Regards

Hi Joyce

I have discussed this with a developer and they think there is not an easy way to implement this as some of the HTML needs filtering and some does not,  also the answers do not support HTML at all.

A possible workaround would be to create a separate question for each language
