SCORM activity completed indicator

Hi guys,

So in an effort to make my course page look a bit better I have used an orphaned activity with various SCORM links and then added a picture that has a hyper-link to the SCORM activities but now the only thing I don't like is that this activity completion indicator gets lost, any ideas? I tried to see if there is a block that I could add to the course page that would show all the SCORM activities on the course page but no luck.

Hi Clive,

When I have set up course pages like this I've added a label under the activity with conditional access set on so it only shows when the scorm has been completed with a message saying that they have completed the scorm. You can make this look as pretty as you like using an image.

Or you can use two labels to link to the scorm, one that shows when they have not completed the scorm and the other when they have completed it using the conditional access rules. That way you can add a completion tick to the launch image to show completion status.

Hi David, So I played around a bit with the restrictions as you suggested and it works well. As far as I can see the initial 'course button' and the 'completed course button with the tick' must be in separate topics? In my example below it works for course 1 but not course 2 where the 'button' images are under the same topic? Is that the only way you have managed to get it to work too? Removing the topic headings might help with making it look cleaner.

Hi David,

I actually figured it out, it does work with both images under the same topic, I put my first image in the topic itself and not in another activity :)
