What does this mean? Some learners are still being marked as complete, while others aren't.
Please note: we are still working on version 2.9 of Totara learn.

Hi Melinda
This stands for non breaking space - which is a space character in html that doesn't allow a line break to be added.
I am not sure why this is being stored by the SCORM - does the space bar move to the next question.
Are you able to create a Help desk ticket with a copy of the SCORM and SCORM settings so we can see why this is happening.
I deleted the file you attached here as it contains personal information.

Thanks Craig, I will have a chat to the developer of the eLearn to confirm how they set up the quiz questions first to see if they have made an error.
I will submit a Help ticket if they can't fix it.
