Certificate for Program completion

Is it possible for Totara to issue a certificate for the completion of a program or certification?

It is possible to award Open badges on the completion of a program

You could also structure a program so the same course is required to be the last course to complete a program. You could then create a certificate for completing the last course which would in effect be for completing the program.

If a badge is attached to a course that is part of a certification when the certification goes out of date would the badge also go out of date. So can the two be linked?

When a learner then refreshes their certification by doing the course again would the same badge reactive?

So can a badge be totally engrained in a certification following the journey from compliant, to non-compliant, to compliant (so the same badge also follows by - achieved, expired, achieved)

Badges are not linked to certification expiry unfortunately.

There is a feature request TL-4534 that you can add your support to here
