Can someone tell me how I mark in an employee's record that they have change position in the hierarchy and therefore a difference set of competencies and courses apply? I seem to remember being told this was possible but I can't figure out how.

Job Assignments are also a great way of capturing all the different roles and responsibilities one holds across the organisation, and because they can be a criteria for Dynamic Audiences, you can use them to target relevant learning to the right groups.
