I want to show in the record of learning a column which reports whether the user passed or failed a course. I would like to show that the person has complete 100% of the course (course progression which we already see) but also show whether they passed or failed when there is only one attempt at passing a test.  We are currently on v11.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
