Once you archive the course the Feedback activity the archive only seems to be available on a per user basis with the url in a format similar to mod/feedback/viewarchive.php?historyid=1&feedbackid=1
This isn't a report builder report so not able to modify this and each feedback for a user seems to have its own id so once archived is pretty difficult to get out as one file.
