It is possible to create a report using the Certification Completion report and exporting report to a file - Remind them (via email notifications) 30 days in advance that the certificate is about to expire
There is a notification trigger for for certification expiry that can be scheduled for a specified number of days - Can we make it send a reminder/email to an outside person?
The fields for delivery only include Subject and Manager so the manager would need to forward the email to the external user
