We use the Multitenant feature to give Tenant managers more autonomy over their participants. This releases pressure and reliance on overall admin roles using HR import. However, with the current functionality we're finding that the "user manager" role in Multitenancy without recourse to overwriting participants details via csv must resort to modifying users record by record which of course is time consuming.
