Is there a table that stores messages and logs when an email is sent to let a user know their performance appraisal is open for completion? Also a log if a message is sent to their supervisor?

Totara 17 introduced reports and logs of notifications sent through ccentralised notifications
Performance activities use centralised notifications and there is a notification that can be triggered when a participant instance is created.
