Hello! Presently, I use Totara Learn 14 for my LMS. I would like to customize notifications for learning plans. Can we have this permission added? If this permission is already available in Totara Learn 14, can someone share how to accomplish this?

Yes, some helpful notifications would include:

  • Changes to plans
  • Upcoming due dates for plans and components within plans
  • Updates made to statuses

Hi Mayeso

The notifications for learning plans currently available are when a comment is made on a Learning plan. To change the text on this requires changing the language string for the mesage   in the language pack.

There is also the possibility of using the creating a rule for the Learning plan event monitor and subscribing to a rule so you are notified . There are around 30 events around learning plans.
