One of the most common issues administrators have, particularly with complex organisations, is the governance of Audiences.

We encourage administrators to follow best practices and track all details about an audience in the description so that it helps support. However to view this information you need to click into the audience to see these notes. We have also started leveraging tags as a way to quickly identify groups of audiences and allow reporting filtering.

We also encourage administrators to track audiences in a word or excel document so they can see the descriptions easily. As you can imaging this takes a lot of time and duplication of effort.

It is a real frustration for majority of administrators who use Audience functionality.

It would also be great if the rules were presented in some format also, but understand that could be more complex.
