Hi Juanita,

 

 We are aware there have been some timezone issues connected with Scheduled reports in some earlier versions of Totara - is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest 27? If not can you tell us exactly what version of 25 you are using?

We have a similar issue as well. We're on 2.6.21.1 One of our admin is receiving the monthly scheduled report 18 times each time it runs.

Other admin do not have the same issue though.

We do not have plans to upgrade yet, and is 2.7 known to solve this issue?

Hi Mei,

This sounds like a known issue - are you using several languages on your site? What is it thats different about the user who's receiving the multiple reports?

Hi George,

We have en, en_us and fr on our site - and user is with en_us in his profile.
What happen is really 18 duplicates is sent at once...

Correction - it's 5 minutes interval between each identical report get sent.
