Well I've learnt something today! Really good to know that related competencies are being used, and to find out more about how. Now I know that they are used, obviously we won't be removing them. 

At some point in the future we may look at extending them so they are more tightly integrated with learning plans etc, we'll be sure to start a discussion here before we do though to help us understand what people need from them.
