Print out of learners Training History

Hi,

My organisation is in the process of implementing Totara and we would like our learners to have the ability to print out a training history. We are an NHS organisation and much of our training is transportable between NHS institutions.

I know we can 'export' into excel but this doesn't look very nice and also the learner then has the ability to change it.

Has anyone managed to produce a simple 'read only' document of training history which learners can print out?

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Stephen,

We are adding a PDF export option to report builder in 2.5 (out at the end of October) that might help in this case.

That sounds great - thanks. Will the .pdf download display the full contents from each of the fields?

We're waiting in eager anticipation for v2.5, is it still due Oct?

Hi Steph,

Yes it should include all the data you would normally see in the report viewed via the web. Attached is a sample of the PDF output (for a very small user report with only three columns).
