Hi Liz,
Go to Manage reports, view the report and you will see a "User status" option. Set that to "Active users only".

My bad! Add a User Status column as a filter.
There are ongoing discussions regarding the deleted/suspended reporting issue and I can completely understand where you are coming from, but my understanding is there are various parties requesting various solutions & hopefully we will be resolving the situation soon.

Using the status column is only useful if the report can be generated immediately. If you have to schedule the meeting then the filters don't work.

Im only seeing Suspended users in the manual enrollments. Is it possible to use a custom field in the ruleset for suspended users in the meantime?
