The default/inbuilt Face-to-face booking reminder that is included with Totara, doesn't work on any of our Face-to-Face session (they are enabled). I know it worked correctly when we were on 2.4 and have only become aware of the issue when users started reporting that they were no longer getting reminders like they used to.
Is this a know issue and/or is there a patch to fix the problem?
I have been advised that the issue (default reminders not working) is in Totara core and I should manually create a reminder for each face-to-face session instead of using Totara's. Does this sound right?
I am keen not to redo something that should be working to begin with.
