Totara 2.6.6 hosted by Catalyst. Theme: Custom Responsive.

Reported to Catalyst. (Diagnosis by Eugene: I've tracked down the issue and it looks like a bootstrap theme bug: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/12753 )

Bug report:

We have some users reporting that their profile is displaying incorrectly.

Specifically:
The First Access Date is appearing next to the Course Profiles row name and the Last access date is appearing next to the First Access date.

This bug has been evident on a number of users recently, however some action appears to clear it for the individual. To date I have not been able to track down what that action is.

Just checking.

Has this issue reached the attention of anyone? If so, is there any plan to fix the defect?
