Hello,

When cancelling a face to face training session (deleting the session using the red cross option in v2.4) - managers of the attendees are automatically notified. When a manager has a number of team members in the session this results in them receiving a large volume of repetitive emails - is there any way to turn this off or limit the number of notifications they receive?

Hi, Nicohle

Yes, you have the option to turn these on or off for Managers. On the course page, for the appropriate Face-to-face, go to:

  1. Face-to-face Administration > Notifications
  2. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to Course booking cancellation
  3. Uncheck the box next to Manager copy
  4. The Manager will no longer receive cancellation notifications for members of their team, on the Face-to-face activity

Note: If you have multiple Face-to-face activities, you will need to repeat the steps above for each one to turn off cancellation notifications to the Manager.
