Dear All,

How can we disable the email notification being sent to a temporary manager, when he/she is assigned to a staff? Is there a site-wide setting in Totara where we can control this?

Hi, Aparna.

It is not currently possible to disable the alert sent to a temporary manager, however we do have a feature suggestion for addition of this functionality. Please see TL-15868 in the public tracker. It would great if you could vote for this feature over on the feature forum topic and provide any additional context as to why you think this feature would be useful.

Thanks for the wonderful update.

I'll definitely vote for this feature request as this has been quite frequently requested by the clients. I would definitely say as LMS Administrators, we do need some control on email notifications in different areas.
