Hi - very new to Lumitt and we are about to lose our specialist today, so quickly trying to get up to speed.

According to website under "Unlocking an Appraisal" https://tafesa.lumitt.com/login/index.php?saml=off I should have an "Edit current Stage" option cog.

When I go into our page, I do not have this option.  Attached is a screen capture from website showing what I should see, and attached below that is what I see.

Sorry if stupid question; will be the first of many.

Hi Jason

What I think is happening is If a site has multiple job assignments enabled then a user can have more than one manager. 

When a learner views the Appraisal the first time they need to select the manager that this applies to before the manager is able to access the Appraisal. It looks like only 3 appraisals have a manager assigned. Can you login as a manager that has been assigned to a users appraisal and see if you can unlock the stage. 

If you can't unlock the stage then check the manager role has the appraisalunlockstages permission allowed.

The screen capture with 3 users is from the training on this very  website.  What I actually see in my live version is the 2nd screen capture underneath that one in the attached word document.

What version of Totara are you using?

This change was introduced in V12 and has also been made available one version back.
